About Therapy

My intention is to provide you with services that will resolve difficulties, promote healing, and support your goals. I will listen without judgment and offer feedback that is honest and encouraging. Together we will identify your inner resources and strengths to tackle problems and enhance new and more effective ways of responding to life.

I prefer to meet in person, but realize that often video or phone calls are preferred. We can schedule sessions in person, or over secure video.

Telephone and email contact between office visits is allowed. However, it is important that email or phone correspondence remain brief as significant issues are more effectively addressed within regular sessions.

Non-urgent phone calls will be returned within 1-2 business days. In the event of a psychiatric or medical emergency, please call 911 to request assistance. My first priority is your health and safety.
